Industrial Camera for Laser Engraver

The SCULPFUN CAM500 industrial assist camera is specifically designed for laser engraving machines since it tailors to the Lightburn software. With high-definition 5MP, the CAM500 laser camera captures clearer images and positions more accurately. 

Precise Positioning

The SCULPFUN CAM500 camera perfectly fits into the CAM function of the Lightburn that identifies the position of engraving objects via the camera, with a positioning deviation of less than 1mm.
(Note: the recommended height from the camera to the engraving position is 325mm. With the camera well aligned, please make the objects as close to the center of the camera as possible, within the 400*400mm working area. The precision will be decreased as the engraving objects are moved away from the camera center.)

Engraving Position Controlling

The Sculpfun CAM500 Lightburn camera also allows you to move the pattern onto a certain position of the material through the Lightburn interface. After the setting is complete, the laser machine will engrave the pattern at the specified position.

Image Tracing

Sculpfun CAM500 camera module can identify and extract the patterns from the surface of objects such as T-shirt patterns, children's hand-drawn patterns, or other simple designs and form engraving vector files, which is super convenient for getting vector files quickly.

Batch Engraving

Through the Lightburn camera, you can add multiple engraving objects and complete the different independent tasks at one time, without the need to preview the positioning of each engraving material. The laser will automatically find the engraving objects one by one and work on them, which improves the working efficiency.

HD Video Recording

This Sculpfun CAM500 camera is equipped with a 120 degrees wide-angle lens which is capable of working throughout an area of up to 400*400mm. You can record the entire creation process through camera time-lapse shooting, which makes it easy for you to share the creative process with friends. And also makes the engraving and cutting visible and observable.

High Adaptability

Two fixation structures, a T-shaped fixation clamp, and a U-shaped fixation clamp, are available for the Sculpfun CAM500 camera mount. The T-shaped fixation clamp is suitable for SCULPFUN machine models including S6, S6 pro, S9, S10, S30/S30 Ultra series, and almost all engraving machines with V-slot structure. (Please note that the additional purchased area expansion kit is not applicable.) The U-shaped fixation clamp is suitable for U-shaped beam machines.
