2. This device has three major functions: oscilloscope, multimeter, and signal generator. The oscilloscope adopts FPGA+MCU+ADC hardware architecture, it has a sampling rate of 250MS/s, an analog bandwidth of 50Mhz, a built-in high-voltage protection module, and a maximum peak voltage measurement of ±400V; it supports waveform screenshots, save and view to facilitate secondary analysis.
