High-Temperature Resistance Up to 300 Celsius
The heat break is made of titanium and copper alloys which support high-temperature printing at 300 Celsius and is compatible with more filaments. Also, the 0.2mm thin wall thickness for excellent thermal insulation.
High Thermal Conductivity
The cylindrical ceramic heating ring improves heating efficiency and reduces heat loss. With uniform heating and fast heat transfer, it only takes 40 seconds to heat from room temperature to 200 Celsius.
Support 400mm/s High-speed Printing
The overall hot melt section is increased by 30%(The hot melt section length is 27.8mm), and the high-temperature heat-resistant insulation sheet is added to maintain the temperature of the melting section, supporting 400mm/s high-speed printing.
The titanium alloy base is used to reduce the thermal conductivity by 30%, which can reduce the transfer of heat from the heating section to the heat dissipation section and ensure smooth feeding.
